Concetta Lanciaux is one of the most influential figures in the development of the modern luxury industry. She spent roughly two decades alongside Bernard Arnault at LVMH, serving notably as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, advisor to the Chairman, member of the Executive Committee and Group Representative for Italy. LVMH’s own regulatory filings record her as Executive Vice President for Human Resources from 1990 and later as a member of the Executive Committee responsible for synergies and as an advisor to the Chairman.
